By accessing or using StatForge you accept these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any of the provisions, you must stop using the service.
StatForge is a sports statistics analysis tool that provides information about matches, players, referees, and predictions based on quantitative models. The service is offered for informational and educational purposes only.
StatForge is NOT a bookmaker, gambling operator, or financial institution. We do not accept bets, manage user funds, set odds, or participate in any gambling transaction. The odds displayed on the platform are public data from third-party operators and are included solely as a statistical reference.
The predictions and analyses generated by our Machine Learning models are probabilistic in nature and do not guarantee results. StatForge does not incentivise, promote, or facilitate gambling activity; it is limited to offering sports data analysis tools.
The use of StatForge is restricted to persons aged 18 or over. By registering and using the platform, you declare and warrant that you are of legal age according to the laws of your country of residence.
StatForge reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who do not meet this requirement.
You may use the platform to consult information and analysis for personal, non-commercial purposes. The following is prohibited:
• Reproducing, redistributing, or commercialising data or predictions generated by the platform without express authorisation.
• Automated scraping or bulk access to the API without written consent.
• Using the service for illegal activities or activities that infringe third-party rights.
The information and predictions provided are statistical and indicative in nature. They do not constitute financial, investment, or betting advice. The user is solely responsible for any decisions made based on the data shown. StatForge shall not be liable for any financial losses arising from the use of the information published on the platform.
StatForge has no commercial, contractual, or affiliate relationship with any bookmaker or gambling operator. The appearance of third-party brands, odds, or data does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or association of any kind.

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription plan. Prices and conditions for each plan are detailed on the Plans page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in advance.
All models, algorithms, designs, and texts on the platform are the property of the project owner and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect implies acceptance.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the city of the service owner.
